The Beer Temple, located at Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal 250 in Amsterdam, opened its doors on September 9, 2009. We warmly welcome you to our American Beer Bar, where you can taste 50 beers on tap. Our selection consists of 30 American tap beers, at least 10 European beers, and a nice assortment of our own house beers brewed at our own brewery Poesiat & Kater. Besides our tap beers, we also have a modest selection of bottled and canned beers (around 100-150 different types).
Not a beer fan but going with one of your beer-loving friends? We also have soft drinks, wine, and cider on the menu. If you don’t drink alcohol, you can also order an alcohol-free or low-alcohol beer. To top it all off, you can satisfy your cravings with our famous New York Style Chicken Strips, Chicken Wings, Onion Rings, Corndogs, or the old familiar Oma Bobs Bitterballen (also vegan!).
